The following items are included in the participant fee
Attendance at all sessions, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, welcome reception on 21st April and Young Engineers event on 22nd April.
Accompanying persons are welcome to participate as follows:
Opening and closing ceremony Free access – no registration required
Welcome reception Free access – registration required
Conference dinner DKK 1.300/€175 – registration required
Walking tour DKK 375/€ 50 – registration required
Registration of accompanying persons is done together with a delegate.
Note: Accompanying persons do not have access to sessions.
Payments will be made in DKK. 1 Euro is approx 7.45 DKK.
Please note that VAT is not added on congress payments in Denmark, and therefore not deductible
On-site registration
Registration made later than 20 April, 2026 will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.
FINAL REGISTRATION
Participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference (Tivoli Congress Center). Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration.

Thursday 23rd April 08:00-16:00
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of IABSE, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:
- by bank transfer to account no. 4180 4180337350 (IABSE). IBAN DK4630004180337350 - Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2, DK-1090 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
- by electronic invoice (only for Danish delegates). EAN-gebyret er på DKK 60.
- by charging your credit card
IMPORTANT: Please remember to state IABSE, participant’s name and invoice number on all money transfers made to the Conference secretariat.
If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of the payment to the conference.
VISA Invitation letters
- You can ask for an invitation letter when you register online.
- Visa letters will only be provided if registration is completed. It is advisable that you have booked and paid for accommodation for the duration of your stay also and this information should be included with your visa application.
- In case your VISA application has been declined, you will have the paid registration fee(s) reimbursed in full until 1st March, 2026. From 2nd March the below Registration Cancellation Terms will be valid. Booked accommodation will be reimbursed according to the Hotel cancellation terms & conditions. To receive valid reimbursement you have to forward copy of the official letter from the Danish Embassy to certify that your application has been declined.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fee reimbursed according to the below terms:
Cancellation no later than 1 March, 2026 Full refund
Cancellation between 2nd March and 1st April, 2026 25% refund
If a cancellation is made after 1st April, 2026 no refund of the fee can be expected.
If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of fee.
